At Nour Hammour, we strive for absolute perfection in every handcrafted piece; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid DHL return label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
